The pool floor has been poured and rebar set, we’re waiting on the gunite. The first shipments of 10,000 sq. ft. of patio space around the pool and pavilion are being delivered! Construction of the outer loop of sites is being completed, and we’re still hauling loam!

The clerestory is up on the pavilion and they’ve started the shingles. Shale has been brought in to raise the pool and patio area to the same grade. The 24×60 ft. pool is framed and ready for gunite! Our crews have planted 450 trees at this point and look at that green grass come in! […]

An early summer came with great weather and construction started back up again this year! The bath house and laundry room are up and getting their finishing touches (6 individual private bathrooms!!) and construction of the pavilion had begun! We have big plans and can’t wait to show you all!

The leaves were coming off fast last year, but the crew was working hard installing more electric and water lines to the sites, planting the first 200 trees, building sites, and finishing shale pads! Thank you North Woods Aerial!
